Press Brake Setter / Operator

About the Role

We are hiring a Press Brake Operator / Setter for a well-established sheet metal company. This role involves operating a CNC machine with a lever puller, ensuring high-quality production of precision metal components.

Shift Patterns: 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and setting up CNC press brake machines
• Adjusting machine settings to meet specifications
• Quality checking finished products to ensure accuracy
• Working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
• Following health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a press brake machine
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Own transport due to location
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (increasing to £12.21 per hour in April)
