Due to increased demand and continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a well-established fabrication and manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Press Brake Operator who has recent experience setting and operating CNC press brakes and is confident carrying out tooling changes and working from engineering drawings.

With regular overtime available, a strong benefits package, and immediate interviews, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Press Brake Operator seeking their next challenge.

The RoleAs a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sheet metal components to precise specifications while maintaining excellent quality and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting and operating CNC Press Brake machinery
Changing tooling and carrying out machine setups
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Bending and forming sheet metal components accurately
Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Working towards daily and weekly production targets
Safely handling materials and components
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Supporting the wider fabrication team as requiredWhat We're Looking ForTo be considered, you should have:

Recent experience as a Press Brake Operator
Experience setting and operating CNC press brakes
Recent tooling change and machine setup experience
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good understanding of manufacturing and fabrication environments
Reliable and positive approach to workSalary & Hours
Up to £15.00 per hour depending on experience
40-hour working week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
Approximately 10 hours overtime currently available each week
