Press Break Operator

Location: Middleton
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am-1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operative to join our client's engineering department in Middleton.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Previous experience using a press brake machine would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.

The Role

Your duties will include:

Operating a press brake machine to produce metal components.
Loading and unloading materials from the machine.
Following basic instructions and production requirements.
Checking finished parts for quality.
Using basic measuring equipment where required.
Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
Following health & safety procedures.
Working as part of a friendly engineering team.About You

Previous factory, production or engineering experience is useful but not essential.Working Hours
