Key Responsibilities:

• Valuing and securing instructions on premium homes in Woking and surrounding areas

• Advising high-net-worth clients with confidence and professionalism

• Providing expert guidance on pricing, strategy, and marketing

• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process

• Representing the brand at the highest level of the market

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience valuing residential properties in the £1m-£4m range

• Excellent knowledge of the Woking area and surrounding Surrey market

• Polished presentation, strong communication, and client-facing skills

• Commercially astute, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Experience dealing with discerning clients and prestige-level instructions
