The Role

• 
  Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership for the Physics department, setting clear direction and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of a stimulating and challenging Physics curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the National Curriculum and incorporates the latest advancements in Physics education. 1.

  Team Building: Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the Physics teaching staff.


• 
  Teaching and Learning: Contribute to the teaching of Physics across the curriculum, fostering a love of Physics in students and equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to excel in the subject.
