Job Title: Pricing Administrator
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 2 days in office: Tuesday & Wednesday)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: £26,000

About the Role
We are recruiting a Pricing Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Doncaster. Following a restructure within the department, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, numerically-minded individual to join a friendly and supportive team.
This role focuses heavily on rebate administration and claim calculation for national business customers. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with Excel, maintaining detailed records, and handling repetitive but critical tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the pricing and rebate database, ensuring accurate information is logged and cross-referenced
Calculate rebate claims based on product agreements and contract terms
Use Excel templates to apply formulas (e.g. multiplication) for accurate claim submission
Work with trade lists, discount structures, net and contract pricing
Request and review invoices, identifying and resolving any spreadsheet errors
Communicate confidently with internal teams (sales & finance) to ensure claim accuracy
Work independently and manage tasks to meet deadlines
Handle claim submissions from national housebuilders, ensuring all data is correctly matched and validated
Key Requirements
Strong Excel skills, including standard formulas and templates (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUM,)
Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Confident communicator, able to liaise with sales, finance, and external customers
Ability to interpret agreements and apply them accurately to calculations
Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines independently
