Pricing Administrator

Meraki Talent are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate Financial Services professional for a newly created role in Glasgow. As a Pricing Administrator, you will play a crucial part in the accurate pricing and daily valuation of investment portfolios across a wide range of asset classes. It is imperative applicants have first class communication skills, as you will be liaising with custodians, data providers, fund managers, and internal teams to support smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily collection, validation, and input of asset prices and valuations
• Reconciliation of data against third-party sources and internal systems
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist in the maintenance of static data and pricing hierarchies
• Support the month-end NAV process and valuation reporting
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, and external vendors as needed
• Maintain accurate audit trails and comply with regulatory and internal standards
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Applicants should have gained previous experience in a pricing, valuations, fund administration or an investment operations role, where they can demonstrate a strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, etc.) Additionally, applicants should have excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
