We’re on the lookout for a sharp-minded Commercial / Pricing Analyst to join our team in Coulsdon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning data into direction, and pricing into profit.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with colleagues to optimise our pricing strategy, drive business growth, and support performance across our product portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting detailed market research and benchmarking to uncover opportunities for increased profitability
• Developing pricing structures that empower the Sales team and steer sustainable growth
• Supporting competitive bid submissions that balance customer value with company goals
• Assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Analysing product mix data to recommend improvements and flag underperformance
• You’ll be a key player in aligning supply and demand, helping us maximise efficiency and sharpen our competitive edge.
• Previous experience in sales pricing, purchasing, or supply chain
• Insight into supply chain processes or branded products

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Essential:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards - you know the drill)
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
• A good grasp of basic finance
• Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales pricing, purchasing, or supply chain

Desirable:

• Business analysis or negotiation experience
• ERP pricing administration knowledge
• Familiarity with product mix analysis and pricing strategy
• Insight into supply chain processes or products
