Pricing Analyst
London/Hybrid (2 days per week) | Full-Time

My client is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their growing Underwriting & Pricing team, where you'll help shape innovative insurance solutions with data at the heart of decision-making.

What You'll Do

* Develop and enhance pricing models to optimise product performance and profitability.
* Deliver deep-dive statistical analysis to inform business and underwriting decisions.
* Monitor performance metrics, underwriting trends, and industry benchmarks.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven proposition development.
* Drive efficiencies through process improvement and smart automation.
* Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to thought leadership in pricing.

What You Bring

* A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Actuarial Science, Maths, Stats).
* Proven experience in pricing, preferably in personal lines or wider general insurance.
* Strong technical skills (GLMs, Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, Python, R, Power BI/Tableau).
* Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
* Progress towards actuarial (IFoA) or insurance (CII) qualifications is a plus
