About the Role
Due to continued growth and expansion into new services and markets, our client is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Pricing Analyst to join their team. This is a key role supporting the Commercial Director in managing and growing commercial relationships, leading pricing strategies, analysing new opportunities, and ensuring robust contract governance across the customer base.

You’ll play a critical role in driving the commercial strategy forward—working cross-functionally across pricing, tendering, contract negotiation, service costing, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for pricing and manage bid processes for new business and renewals (RFPs).

• Build and develop pricing models aligned with customer requirements and profitability targets.

• Draft and review contracts, addenda, and commercial agreements from inception to conclusion.

• Collaborate with senior account managers, business development, operations, and finance teams throughout the tender and contract lifecycle.

• Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring delivery against commitments and driving margin improvement.

• Conduct profitability analysis and prepare internal/external commercial reports using varied data sources.

• Carry out market research to support commercial decisions and strategic planning.

• Stay up to date with legal and contractual developments relevant to the industry.

? Proven experience in a commercial role within the services or IT services industry
? Strong background in pricing, tender processes, and profitability analysis
? Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and governance
? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
? High level of numerical, analytical, and presentation skills
? Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting
? Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and a professional approach under pressure
