Job Scope
Reporting to the Operative Marketing Manager, and an integral member of the Operative Marketing team, the post holder will support with the implementation and maintenance of the UK & EIRE sales campaigns (UK & Moto)
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting the Snr Pricing Analyst with the following responsibilities:
- Input and maintain sales (pricing) campaigns – individual customer terms, discount structure
- Price list management, in coordination with Snr Pricing Analyst:
- Assist Issue Monthly Price Lists to Car Customers
- Creation of Customer Specific Price Lists
- Customer monthly special actions maintenance:
- Rebate Module maintenance
- Customer master information administration, including new accounts
- Invoice queries processing
- Internal and external audit coordination and reporting
- Burton Pirelli Performance Centre retail price list maintenance
Supporting the Pricing Manager with:
- Analysis of customer and competitor strategy and market share analysis
- Sales monitoring analysis
- Produce monthly internal reports and presentations
- Maintaining strong relationships between UK and Region functions, ensuring coordination and implementation of group strategy
Required Qualifications and Aptitudes
Education
- Degree in Maths or Economics or a related discipline desirable, however, equivalent professional experience in a comparable environment will be considered
Experience
- Established experience in an analytical role within a large commercial organization
- A background in Pricing or Logistics

- Able to demonstrate analytical skills (understanding and interpreting information)

- Excellent IT knowledge and skills to include Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Flexibility to work as required during critical periods (e.g month-end, year-end)
Salary for this role will be £35k - £36k, depending upon qualification, skills and experience.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. We have a Smart working policy (hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home), although any new starters to the business will be required to be in the office on a full-time basis initially.
