Pricing Coordinator - Freight Forwarding

Position Overview:
Our client is recruiting two Pricing Coordinators to support freight forwarding quotations, pricing tools, and reporting across their Heathrow/Feltham operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pricing for ad hoc shipments, spot quotes and tenders.

• Update pricing tools and maintain rate databases.

• Analyse pricing trends and customer data.

• Liaise with operations and product teams for a smooth handover.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety.

What you’ll bring:

• Freight forwarding experience (air, sea, road knowledge essential).

• Strong numeracy skills and advanced Excel.

• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail.

• Customer service and proactive communication skills.
