Job Description - Pricing Lead

My client is hiring Risk Pricing Lead who is technically capable and a sound communicator to refresh pricing models in a leading MGA.

This opportunity has a clear pathway to the Pricing Manager and eventually Head of Pricing position within the first 18 months of the role.

The Role -

Build and refine technical pricing models
Quantify risk and optimise pricing structures
Conduct detailed risk assessments to understand market influence
Cross-collaboration with underwriting, actuarial and product development

The Candidate -

Over 4 years personal lines or SME insurance pricing experience
A deep understanding of insurance pricing and market dynamics
Technically proficient (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Earnix, Emblem, Radar)
Collaborative leader - able to manage a team of 3

Location - London (2 days a week in the office)

Salary - £70,000 - £90,000
