Title: Pricing Manager
Location: London Office Based EC1V 7LQ (Mon–Thurs in office, Friday remote)
Salary: The salary range for this position is £68,000 - £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) will be provided as part of the compensation package.

We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to shape pricing and investment decisions for the UK & Ireland. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies that influence customer pricing, strengthen supplier partnerships, and directly boost profitability.
What You’ll Do
📈 Optimise Pricing & Margins
Develop and execute pricing strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term margin goals.
📊 Own Forecasting & Financial Planning
Partner with Finance on profitability modelling, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
🧠 Unlock Insights with Data
Use SQL and Excel daily, plus advanced tools like Python/R and BigQuery, to analyse trends, build predictive models, and guide high-stakes decisions.
📢 Influence Senior Leaders
Track performance, identify risks/opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics to align pricing and promotional strategies.
👥 Lead & Mentor
Guide and develop junior analysts in a collaborative, high-performance team.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in pricing or a relevant field
Strong SQL and Excel skills (BigQuery and Python/R a plus)
Proven ability to turn data into strategic, actionable decisions
Commercial mindset — understanding trade-offs between customer value, supplier dynamics, and profitability
Excellent communicator with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Structured, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods background a plus (not required)
