Over 10 weeks, our academy takes you from graduate to job-ready pricing analyst: Python/R, SQL, statistics, Excel and insurance fundamentals, taught by trainers widely regarded as the best in UK pricing — people who have built and led pricing functions at major insurers and trained hundreds of analysts across the industry.
Then we deploy you straight into a live role at a major UK insurer, with a guaranteed progression plan, ongoing mentoring and a cohort of peers alongside you.

2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (Maths, Stats, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent)
Strong analytical and logical reasoning
Comfortable with data and problem-solving
Clear communicator, proactive, team player
