Pricing Value - Global Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Pricing & Value Manager to join one of our growing, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. In this role, the ideal candidate will be joining an established pricing function to enhance pricing strategies.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and implement custom pricing models aligned with client and firm goals.
• Advise attorneys on pricing strategies tailored to specific practice areas and industries.
• Model and present pricing scenarios, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Enhance pricing strategies, especially within the UK corporate practice.
• Mentor and potentially manage junior team members or analysts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal Project Management, and Business Development on pricing initiatives and workflow improvements.
• Support business development with creative, competitive pricing proposals.
• Lead pricing education efforts for attorneys and business services teams.
• Review client engagement terms to ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Research market trends and benchmarks to identify pricing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in professional services; law firm experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting proposals and internal/external communications.
