A well-regarded healthcare facility in Salisbury, NC is hiring full-time Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join its outpatient team. 

Job Description
As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

• 
  

  Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct detailed patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community wellness programs

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  
  


• 
  

  Completion of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  
  


• 
  

  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  
  


• 
  

  Active or eligible North Carolina medical license
