The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will create a positive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive. You will deliver high-quality lessons, inspire a love of learning, and support pupils to achieve their full potential while working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.

Your responsibilities may include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress.
Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil development.
Contributing positively to the wider school community.What We're Looking For

We're looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are due to achieve QTS before September.
Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
Are committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.
Have a positive, proactive, and professional approach to education.ECTs Welcome
