Your New Role

This Primary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join the team on a one-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role is suitable for early career teachers and experienced unqualified teachers with relevant experience.

As a Class Teacher, you will work closely with the Assistant Principal, delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring an engaging learning experience for all pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

What You'll Need to Succeed

 Enthusiasm and a strong passion for teaching
 Ability to motivate, inspire, and progress pupils of all abilities
 Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
 Previous experience in a primary school setting (for unqualified teacher applicants)
 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
 Proven experience in a primary classroom setting
 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
 Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
 DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Hays
