Salary: M1 to M6 Inner London Pay Scale

Key Responsibilities

*Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
*Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
*Assess and track pupil progress using formative and summative strategies
*Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and a culture of high expectations
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, leaders, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes
*Engage actively with families and carers to support learning beyond the classroom
*Contribute to the wider school life, including enrichment, assemblies, and key events

Essential Qualifications & Skills

*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (placement or employed)
*Strong curriculum knowledge and ability to differentiate effectively
*Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learner needs
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Willingness to engage with school development and CPD programmes
*ECTs must be on track to gain QTS before September 2025
*Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
*Must have a DBS on the Update Service
