What You'll Be Doing

Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Gaining experience in a variety of primary school settings
Building your classroom management and teaching practice
Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially
Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders
Developing your confidence and professional skills as an ECT

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected completion of teacher training by Summer 2026
A passion for primary education and helping children thrive
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, professional and adaptable approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
