Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)

A forward-thinking primary school in Barnet is offering a permanent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join their team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2025.

This is an ideal role for anyone considering a future in teaching or education.

The Role:
* Support learning across Key Stage 1 and/or 2
* Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Support pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN
* Contribute to wider school life, including clubs and events

What We're Looking For:
* A 2:1 or higher degree from a Russell Group university (education, English, maths, science or related fields preferred)
* A strong interest in teaching and child development
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
* A proactive, professional, and flexible attitude
* Experience with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a plus
