Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and high-achieving Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Brent. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 while working closely with experienced teaching staff.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Support children with additional learning needs
* Help with planning and preparing resources
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A 2:1 or above undergraduate degree in a core subject from a Russell Group university
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude
* Previous experience working with children (e.g. volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) is desirable but not essential
