Salary: £26,918 to £29,616 FTE

Are you a Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time position? Perhaps are an ECT looking for experience to boost confidence in the classroom?

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated HLTA to fulfil a part-time, permanent position within a local primary school in Winchester.

The school are looking for someone who:

• Holds (or is working towards) HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Has strong literacy and numeracy skills (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths).
• Has experience leading whole class learning under the direction of a teacher.
• Is highly organised, flexible and resilient.
• Builds positive relationships with children, staff and families.
• Is confident in covering teacher absence when necessary
• Skills to work with pupils to accelerate specific learning and emotional needs
• Shares the school’s Christian values and vision to help every child flourish
