Primary Lunchtime Supervisor

TeacherActive is working with welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking to recruit Lunchtime Supervisors to join their teams.

The role:

Supervising pupils during lunch and break times.
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children play safely.
Supporting pupils in the dining hall and playground.
Responding calmly to minor incidents and promoting inclusion.
Working closely with school staff to ensure pupils are safe and well supported.

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children.
Is patient, approachable and a positive role model.
Can confidently supervise groups of pupils.
Has excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Has previous experience in a school, childcare or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
