• Monitor and assess Key Stage 1 and 2 pupil’s progress.

• Engage with relevant staff, parents/carers to discuss pupil progress and any concerns.
• Will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.
• Maintain strong classroom management and positive relationships.
