We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary Schools across North London, including Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Camden and Brent.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, a youth worker, sports coach, mentor or looking to start a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

* Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

* Helping pupils remain engaged and make progress with their learning

* Supporting children with varying academic, behavioural and additional learning needs

* Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours

* Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

We're Looking For:

* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

* A positive, patient and proactive attitude

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn

* A genuine passion for supporting young people

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
