Reed Education Surrey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN trained Primary Teacher to join our vibrant team in Woking. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential, including those with SEMH and SEN.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with SEMH and SEN needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with SEMH and SEN needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including SENCOs, to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the primary level, with a focus on SEMH and SEN needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• £2,500 bonus upon passing probation.
