Pay: MPS/UPS - Paid to Scale via PAYE (no umbrella deductions)

The Role:
You'll lead a small, well-supported class group, delivering adapted and engaging lessons designed to meet each learner's EHCP targets. This is a unique opportunity to shape individual outcomes and build meaningful relationships that last.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of ability levels

• Foster a calm, consistent, and structured classroom environment

• Support students with ASD, SEMH, and other complex needs

• Work closely with the SENCO, therapists, and families to review and refine learning plans

• Encourage independence, resilience, and emotional regulation through a holistic approach

• Use positive behaviour support strategies and track pupil progress effectively

What We're Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

• Previous experience in an SEN or inclusive setting is highly desirable

• Excellent understanding of neurodiversity, emotional needs, and differentiated teaching

• Strong classroom management and excellent interpersonal skills

• Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
