Primary Sen Teaching Assistant

Position: Primary SEN TA - 1:1, working with achild who has Down's Syndrome Location: Primary School in Leyton

We are looking for a candidate with SEN experience to work 1:1 with a pupil with Down's Syndrome and other special educational needs. The successful candidate will be working with the child child in a supportive and inclusive environment. About the job

* Supporting a SEN pupil with their academic and personal development

* Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons to the pupil

* Annotations to complete throughout the day on pupil's progress

* Providing emotional support to the student

* Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure the student’s needs are met Requirements:

You will need enthusiasm & passion to work with SEN children; strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
