Protocol Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Rotherham and Doncaster areas.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential within a nurturing school environment.

The Role:

Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Help implement personalised learning and behaviour support strategies
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support
Promote engagement, independence, and positive learning outcomes
Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN, either in schools or other relevant settings
Knowledge of Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, or other additional needs is advantageous
A patient, resilient, and caring approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
