Please note: Only candidates with proven experience in education recruitment will be considered. Unfortunately, we're not able to accept applications from consultants in other sectors due to the specialist nature of the role.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in education recruitment, ideally with a focus on Primary

• A track record of building strong, lasting school and candidate relationships

• Ambitious, driven, and professional mindset

• Solid understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and the UK education system

• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for pupils through quality recruitment
