  • Hours: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, term time only (part-time hours will be considered) 
  • Contract: Permanent, required to start 1 January 2027 or sooner

Are you ready to share your wealth of expertise more widely? Consortium Trust are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a proven record of excellence in teaching, to work with our Central Team to deliver improved standards across the Trust as our Primary Standards and Curriculum Lead

You must be able to demonstrate your understanding and application of high-quality teaching. You will work across all Trust primary settings conducting curriculum reviews, work scrutiny and monitoring of pupil progress.

You will be confident to support leaders in embedding strong foundational skills in all settings, ensuring pupils keep up with expected standards. A strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and the ability to accelerate progress for all pupils is key to the role. You will report directly to the Director of Primary Education and form part of the Trust’s Education team working closely with the Heads of Service for Inclusion, Early Years and Attendance and Culture. 

 

We are looking for an experienced Teacher who:

  • demonstrates high-quality teaching across all subjects
  • has experience of coaching and mentoring
  • has high expectations for all pupils
  • demonstrates inclusive practice
  • can both follow direction and use their initiative
  • has experience of working with all ages of children in school
  • can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
  • can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
  • can maintain confidentiality
  • has a desire to participate in Trust CPD opportunities
  • has an awareness of Safeguarding.
