About the Role

Tradewind Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of vibrant, diverse, and well-supported primary schools in Camden and Islington. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators who enjoy variety in their work and thrive in dynamic learning environments.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will have the autonomy to be creative while following school policies and class plans.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lessons across all primary year groups (EYFS-KS2).

Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines.

Follow lesson plans or create engaging, age-appropriate learning where required.

Maintain positive behaviour management and a calm, supportive classroom environment.

Build positive relationships with students and staff.

Provide clear handover notes for returning teachers.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Strong understanding of the national curriculum and primary pedagogy.

Confident managing behaviour using positive and consistent strategies.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a proactive approach.

Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.

Passionate about creating inclusive and enjoyable learning experiences.
