Are you a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher, eager to create a positive foundation for young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive team. We are looking for someone who is committed to inspiring and nurturing the youngest members of our school community, supporting them in developing confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

About the School:

The school celebrates many cultures and backgrounds from which the children, families and staff have come from.

Children matter here and pupil voice is strong through the School Council and through the more direct means of an open door policy. Children are always free to speak of what is troubling them so we are then able to best deal with their concerns and their requests. They work to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

They believe that parents and carers have a crucial role to play in their children's education as children learn best when parents are fully involved in their children's learning and when they work successfully in partnership with the school. As a school they strive to build and improve on these links with the many events that are held such as, parents' meetings, class visits, parents' courses and open days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social and emotional development, fostering independence and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to monitor and assess each child's progress.
• Implement best practices to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status with a specialisation in Early Years or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• A warm and caring approach with a passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents and caregivers effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
