We are seeking a skilled and resilient Year 4 Class Teacher to join a dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident teacher who can make a real impact in a challenging but rewarding classroom environment.

About the Role:

Teaching a lively Year 4 class with a range of abilities and high SEND needs.
Strong behaviour management skills are essential - the successful candidate will be able to set clear expectations and create a positive, structured learning environment.
Candidates with a SEND background or strong experience supporting pupils with additional needs are highly desirable.
The position is available as a full-time role (5 days) or 4 days per week, but no job share will be considered - consistency for the pupils is key.We are looking for someone who:

Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - no ECTs for this position.
Is calm, consistent, and confident in managing behaviour effectively.
Has a solid understanding of strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
Is committed to building positive relationships with pupils and working collaboratively with support staff and parents.They offer:
