We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Year 6 Teacher to join a warm and forward-thinking primary school in Shepherd's Bush from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping pupils thrive during this crucial stage of their learning.

About the Role:
You will take on full class teacher responsibilities for a lively and motivated Year 6 cohort. The ideal candidate will bring strong subject knowledge-particularly in Maths and English-along with the ability to prepare pupils confidently for SATs while maintaining a positive, supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Year 6 lessons

Prepare pupils effectively for SATs, ensuring progress across all subjects

Create a stimulating and well-managed classroom

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and wider staff

Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2

Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills

A proactive, dedicated, and reflective teaching approach

High expectations for pupil progress and wellbeing
