Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

This role suits confident classroom practitioners who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly to new environments, and build strong relationships with pupils from the start. You’ll need excellent behaviour management skills, a calm and positive approach, and the ability to follow existing plans while bringing your own energy to the day.

What you will need:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a solid track record of classroom experience in the UK

* Confidence to step into new settings and deliver lessons with minimal handover

* Excellent behaviour management and the ability to maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment

* Strong communication skills to quickly establish routines and build pupil rapport

* A flexible, organised mindset and the ability to adapt smoothly to different school cultures and expectations

* A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
