Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire on behalf of a supportive and forward-thinking primary school. This full-time Primary Teacher role in Blackpool, Lancashire is due to begin in September 2026 and will continue for the entirety of the 2026/27 academic year, with a permanent position available in 2027 for the right candidate.

The Role

The successful Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire will take full teaching responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils academically, socially and emotionally.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire who can create a stimulating Key Stage 2 classroom environment, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

This role will include:

Planning and delivering lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Assessing, tracking and monitoring pupil progress.
Creating an inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders.
Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning.
Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential as they progress through Key Stage 2.
The ideal Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally in Key Stage 2.
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards of teaching.
Have a positive and nurturing approach to learning.
Be suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive first teaching role.
