R&A Education is recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Primary Teachers with QTS to work with primary schools across Medway, Swale and surrounding Kent areas.

Whether you're looking for daily supply, regular part-time work, a longer-term placement or your next permanent opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

We work with primary schools across Gillingham, Chatham, Rainham, Rochester, Strood, Sittingbourne, Sheerness, Faversham and surrounding areas, giving you access to local opportunities without having to travel miles for work.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for qualified teachers who have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum

* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

* The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons

* A positive and adaptable approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning

* A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
