• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for a Year 2 class.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each student.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience for all students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
