Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the emotional, behavioural and academic needs of each student. Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment by using restorative and therapeutic approaches. Respond effectively to students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs, adapting where necessary. Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, implementing behaviour support plans and promoting positive student outcomes.
Skills and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Primary teaching qualification is essential.
