About the Role:

• Mixed Year 3/4 class
• Full-time position (part-time considered for the right candidate)
• Permanent or long-term opportunity
• Strong emphasis on behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Opportunity to take on Maths Subject Leadership with TLR available
• Salary up to UPS3

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with KS2 experience
• Confident in teaching mixed-age classes
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passionate about supporting every child's progress and wellbeing
• Ambitious and ready to take on subject leadership responsibilities (desirable, not essential)
