Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching journey in a supportive primary school?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Bury that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to gain valuable classroom experience, develop their teaching practice and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role
-Full-time Year 4 Teacher position
-September 2026 start
-Long-term opportunity
-Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-Assess and monitor pupil progress
-Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before September
-ECTs encouraged to apply
-Passion for primary education and supporting pupil achievement
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
-Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
