We're already incredibly busy with Primary bookings across Wigan and we need more teachers to keep up with demand!

Premier Education has built long-standing relationships with primary schools across Wigan, including lovely local schools that have worked with us for a number of years and come back to us regularly for their staffing needs.

We're currently looking for teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term teaching roles, with opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Whether you want the flexibility of picking up individual days, a few weeks in one school, or the consistency of a long-term role, we can look for work that suits you.

We want supply to feel personal. If you find a school you really enjoy, we'll always look to send you back there when they need cover again, giving you the chance to become a familiar face while keeping the flexibility of supply.

We're keen to hear from ECTs, experienced teachers and returning teachers, whether you're available five days a week or just one or two days around other commitments.

What we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate UK-recognised equivalent

Experience working within a primary school

Strong classroom and behaviour management

A flexible, reliable and positive approach

Two suitable references

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
