The Role
You’ll be supporting pupils across Key Stage 2—providing targeted 1:1 support and leading small group interventions in literacy and numeracy. You’ll help pupils stay focused, build confidence, and make academic progress. You’ll also support the class teacher with daily routines, classroom management, and resource preparation.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine interest in working with children. You’re confident communicating with young learners and ready to take initiative when needed. This is a great stepping stone into teacher training, educational psychology, or a wider career in education.
