The Role:

Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their learning goals
Assist with classroom activities, preparation of resources, and behaviour management
Encourage pupil engagement and promote a positive learning environment
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values The Ideal TA:

Has previous experience working as a TA or supporting children in an educational setting
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young learners
Is proactive, reliable, and works well as part of a team
Holds relevant qualifications or has transferable experience
