This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start available. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting classroom learning and helping pupils thrive in a safe and encouraging setting.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum.
Providing targeted 1:1 support and small group interventions to help pupils develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Assisting with tracking student progress and reporting observations to teaching staff.
Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
To be considered for this Primary Teaching Assistant role, candidates should:

Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational or care setting.
Show a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to work.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Meet all GSL safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
Hold an Enhanced Child DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
