We’re currently recruiting a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Burgess Hill. This role is ideal for someone with experience across KS1 and KS2, or a strong interest in working in primary education.

Whether you’re an experienced TA or a graduate looking to take your first step into education, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1 across KS1 and KS2
• Assisting with interventions and in-class support
• Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress

What we’re looking for:

• Some previous experience in a school or child-based setting
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is preferred
• A genuine interest in helping children thrive
• Friendly, flexible and confident personality
