Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children during the early stages of their primary education?

Aspire People are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas, with opportunities supporting pupils in Year 1 and Year 2.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic candidates who have recent KS1 experience and are confident helping pupils develop their early learning skills.

With opportunities available now, we are keen to hear from candidates looking for full-time or regular part-time work.

**The Role:**

- Supporting teaching and learning within KS1 classrooms
- Assisting pupils with phonics, early reading and writing
- Supporting Maths and other curriculum activities
- Working with small groups and individual pupils
- Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
- Supporting classroom routines and positive behaviour
- Assisting pupils with SEND where required
- Working closely with the class teacher

**The Ideal Candidate:**

- Has relevant experience working within a UK primary school
- Has recent experience supporting KS1 pupils
- Understands early primary learning and development
- Is confident supporting phonics and early literacy
- Has a positive and nurturing approach
- Is available for full-time or regular part-time work
